About the Role

We’re looking for a natural leader with a proven track record in overseeing business operations, human resources, finance, and communications. Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise productivity and growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, set and achieve performance goals, and ensure timely task completion.

Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier talent to meet sales, profitability, and market share objectives.

Manage budgets and resource allocation with precision and foresight.

Delegate effectively, enforce company policies, and maintain our cultural values.

Resolve conflicts swiftly and fairly to promote a cohesive team environment.

Prepare for potential transition to a Director role by demonstrating strategic leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
