About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will help drive the day-to-day execution of our marketing activity across our B2B brands, events, and training programs.
You’ll take ownership of our digital marketing operations—including email campaigns, website content, campaign coordination, social media, and performance tracking—ensuring each initiative is delivered on time, on brand, and with impact.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused role perfect for someone with a few years of experience looking to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns via HubSpot
- Maintain and update content across multiple websites to ensure accuracy and alignment with our brand strategy
- Plan and schedule multi-channel marketing campaigns for our brands and events.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute advertising, sponsorship and promotional campaigns
- Create or brief assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (working with design partners when needed)
- Collaborate on social media scheduling and content calendars for LinkedIn and newsletters
- Support copywriting and editing of marketing content for EDMs, event listings, and landing pages
- Help track and report on campaign performance across platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn)
- Ensure all marketing is aligned with our brand voice, tone and objectives
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or campaign coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with email marketing tools (preferably HubSpot)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar)
- Working knowledge of Canva, and ideally basic Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid digital (a plus)
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong alignment with our mission to make a positive impact on ageing in Australia
