The Mulholland Group is searching for an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance across Get Freighted, Lencia Juice Co, Buy the Box, and the soon-to-relaunch Australia Tasting Room.
This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in end-to-end eCommerce management—from product listings to conversion optimisation—while also contributing to digital campaigns, content, and analytics. The Role
We're looking for an experienced eCommerce specialist with strong digital marketing capabilities. Your primary focus will be to manage and optimise our online marketplace stores (Magento), drive product performance, and create seamless shopping experiences. You’ll work closely with digital ad partners, creatives, and internal teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes across multiple brands.
This role is perfect for someone who blends analytical thinking with creative execution and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
YKey Responsibilities
eCommerce Platform & Product Management (Magento)
Manage and update product listings, categories, and promotions across our Magento sites
Ensure SEO-optimised copy, consistent imagery, and a streamlined checkout experience
Monitor site analytics, conversion rates, and user behaviour to inform improvements
Work with developers and UX teams to optimise site performance and functionality
Email Marketing & Automation
Build and execute eCommerce-driven campaigns in Klaviyo to increase sales and repeat purchases
Manage flows, list segmentation, A/B testing, and revenue attribution reporting
Performance Marketing Oversight
Liaise with external Google Ads and Meta Ads partners to ensure alignment with eCommerce goals
Monitor return on ad spend (ROAS), traffic quality, and campaign performance
Content for Commerce
Develop product-related content, banners, email visuals, and landing pages to support promotions and launches
Collaborate with designers and photographers to maintain a strong visual identity across eCommerce assets
Marketplace & Digital Sales Channels
Support the setup and management of listings on third-party marketplaces (if applicable)
Explore and implement digital growth opportunities for online sales
What You’ll Bring
2+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing roles, ideally within multi-brand or DTC environments
Magento experience essential; Klaviyo or equivalent ESP highly regarded
Experience with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google) and eCommerce performance metrics
Strong copywriting skills, with a focus on product content and conversion copy
Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and eCommerce dashboards
Comfortable managing freelancers and third-party agencies
