Are you an organised, people-focused multitasker looking to join a growing and supportive team? BuildTuff, a leading brand in the construction and landscaping industry, is seeking a proactive and reliable Admin & Customer Service professional to join our team.

About the Role:
This is a flexible-hours position, perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. The role offers a mix of administrative responsibilities and customer service, so every day will offer variety.

Key Responsibilities:

General administration and office support

Managing customer inquiries via phone and email

Processing orders and tracking deliveries

Data entry, file management and system updates

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams

Assisting with product and stock management using Cin7 software

Ideal Candidate

Experience with Cin7 software (highly regarded.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A friendly, customer-first attitude

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
