Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) is a mission-driven organisation that provides access to community healthcare for older Australians. Despite being a young organisation, we are proud to have grown to be one of the largest community clinical services in Australia!

We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator Internship position for 4–5 days per week. This role is designed to grow into a full-time Care Coordinator position after six months, offering a strong pathway for development within our team. You'd have a hands-on opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality aged care services and work directly with patients, aged care facilities, families, doctors and the clinical team to ensure care is well coordinated.
