Genesis Sport & Aquatics, located at Genesis Christian College in Bray Park, is a premier sports and aquatics facility dedicated to providing high-quality coaching and training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. We are seeking an experienced Swim School Co-Ordinator to manage the daily operations of our exceptional swim program. Accountable to the Director, you will be responsible for all facets of daily administration and act as the Program Leader for our Swim School. You will be a qualified Learn-to-Swim Teacher and ensure consistent development of, and best practice of our LTS teachers. To be successful, you will have:

A passion for swimming, swim teaching and the progression of students

Previous experience working in a similar role

Strong administration experience including managing large volumes of work

Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to serve

A commitment to the safety of all clients, staff and WHS policies and procedures

Current Blue Card

Current First Aid Certificate and CPR

Lifeguard certificate (or able to obtain)

Willing to engage with the strong ethos of our College

In addition, the successful candidate will be reliable, professional and have strong interpersonal skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence. We are looking for an individual who is or wishes to become an industry expert. They are not afraid to lead from the water, they can develop great staff and they enjoy being a part of a fantastic team. This role is Full-Time, including some weekends.
