📅 Days Required: Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
💇 Role Type: Part-Time (Qualified Hairstylist required)
About the Role:
As Salon Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional day-to-day running of the salon. This is a hybrid position requiring both technical knowledge and strong customer service skills. You’ll be a warm and welcoming presence for our guests while also supporting our stylists and maintaining the high standards our brand is known for.
Your Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage guests, creating a luxury, five-star experience from the moment they arrive
Support stylists with client consultations and deliver signature hair spa experiences
Oversee the overall presentation of the salon to ensure a pristine and inviting space at all times
Manage stock levels and complete regular product ordering to ensure efficient salon operations
Assist with the coordination of daily bookings and appointments
Uphold and contribute to our exceptional guest experience and brand reputation
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified hairstylist with salon floor experience
A passion for customer care and an eye for detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
