Cargo Transport Systems, is a leading freight forwarding company with corporate headquarters in Brisbane and established offices in Melbourne and Adelaide, is experiencing exciting growth as we expand our operations into the Asia Pacific region. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Exports Co-Ordinator to join our Export Team in Brisbane.

About the Role:
As our Exports Co-Ordinator, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing relationships with our key commercial clients, ensuring their export needs are met with exceptional service and efficiency as we expand into the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with the Export Team to facilitate smooth and compliant cargo movements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key commercial clients.
Coordinate all aspects of the export process for key accounts, from initial booking to final delivery.
Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and documentation requirements for key accounts.
Liaise effectively with key clients, carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot any export-related issues for key accounts and implement effective solutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of export strategies and procedures for key clients.
Maintain accurate records and prepare export documentation for key accounts.
Work within a custom bonded warehouse environment, adhering to all security protocols.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an exports coordination or key account management role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
CW1 experience is mandatory
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a focus on client relationship management.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities for key clients.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience working within a customs bonded warehouse environment is highly desirable.
Project experience will be considered a significant advantage.
Must be able to successfully obtain Australian Federal Police (AFP) and Australian Border Force (ABF) clearance security checks.
