The Ideal Candidate
The role is flexible and open to a mixed level of experience from 1 + years in portfolio management - the portfolio will be tailored to the successful candidates experience.

If you have worked in a POD or task-based system and are open to learning end to end management, this role may be for you.

• Deliver a high level of customer service

The Job & Duties

A Inner to mid South of the river portfolio. Starting at around 20-40 properties, which will grow with new business. Take your time, get to know your clients and properties without huge portfolio numbers and pressure.

• Manage a portfolio with full autonomy and control - know whats going on at all times
• Full leasing support from an in house agent
• No BDM or Trust
• Hands on and supportive head of department
