As a Boutique Manager of the Claremont store, you will be a strong brand ambassador – leading your team in retail excellence & delivering strong sales results, People and client focused? Love training & development?

The Role |

• Management of the boutique and team effectively by being dynamic, present, and supportive
• Develop the store to ensure it operates effectively
• Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of cumulative budgets weekly/monthly, and quarterly
• Drive and motivate to achieve success
• Customer-focused mindset
• Emphasis on constant and effective communication
• Monitor and address your team to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy, and procedure standards
