About The Opportunity

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 110 properties.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants
• Organise and coordinate property maintenance and inspections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Ensure high levels of customer service are provided

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Property Manager
• A current Property Management or Real Estate Registration
• Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
