Club Manager – Anytime Fitness Falcon

Salary - $75k per year + Monthly bonus

About the Role

As the Club Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of our club. You will take full ownership of daily operations, member engagement, and achieving business targets. Your mission is to inspire our team, foster a vibrant community, and ensure the club operates at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.

Drive new membership sales and retention to meet growth targets.

Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations and uphold club presentation standards.

Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating environment.

Implement and follow the Anytime Fitness sales and marketing process.

Monitor and manage KPIs, budgets, and financial performance.

Plan and execute community events and outreach initiatives.

Follow up on inquiries and lead generation activities, both online and in-club.

About You

We’re seeking a go-getter with a positive attitude and a passion for fitness and business growth.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience in sales, business management, or the fitness industry.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

A member-focused approach with excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and be solutions-focused.
