Our client is open to candidates with different levels of experience. You could be a Property Administrator or Assistant Property Manager within residential or commercial property looking for the opportunity to be a part of a great team!

Based on the reception desk, this position will work closely with and report directly to the Head of Department, allowing for ongoing development and training from an experienced and well respected industry leader. T

Responsibilities will include:

• Day to day management of the portfolio including liaison with tenants and landlords.
• Lease administration in line with tenancy schedules.
• Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants.
• All areas of repairs & maintenance for the portfolio.
• Lease renewals and negotiations for new submissions.
• Greeting visitors and showing them to the appropriate meeting room.
• Answering the office phone line.

The successful candidate will have:

• Must have previous experience working in Real Estate.
• Ability to work within a small agency.
• Current WA Property Management Licence, or willingness to work towards.
• Understand and be familiar with all relevant legislation.
• Own vehicle and a current, valid WA Driver's Licence.
