Description
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner closely with the Head of HR ANZ to deliver comprehensive HR support and guidance across Employee Relations, Employment Law, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits for the ANZ operations. This is a hands-on, operational HR role where you'll work alongside senior stakeholders (including the Director of Operations and key middle managers) to influence people strategy, drive performance, deliver workshops and induction training, and manage ER cases. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will play a key role in building a high-performance culture across an employee portfolio of circa 250 in contact centre operations and the client services department.
Profile
You bring 4-5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally from a corporate, white-collar background. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and training delivery. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build trust quickly and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. You're confident working both independently and as part of a team, with solid experience using HRIS systems and exposure to SME-sized businesses
Job Offer
* Salary: $125K to $140K + super
