ABOUT THE ROLE

This newly created HR Business Partner role reports to the Head of HR and will support a busy and complex part of the business. You’ll work with a team of around 150–200 people, across both Australia and overseas, including customer service, commercial, and support roles.

They are looking for someone who can build strong relationships, support leaders, with retention and employee experience. You’ll be the go-to person for everyday HR support and advice, while also working on projects.

DUTIES

• Advise employees and leaders on employee relation issues
• Coach leaders and employees to build capability around people management
• Interpret workplace legislation and ensure compliance with awards and company policies
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to a people-first employee experience
• Advise and coordinate on the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, internal movements, remuneration reviews, reward and recognition, benefits, workplace wellbeing, and offboarding.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You’re an experienced HRBP who thrives in dynamic and fast paced company. Confident, collaborative, and pragmatic, you love solving people challenges

• Experience in a HR BP role, including employee relations and case management
• Experience working across APAC highly desirable
• Knowledge of modern awards, & Fair Work act
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
