The Role

• Working closely with leadership, play a strategic role in senior appointments;
• Analyse HR metrics and reporting to identify workforce trends and inform business decisions;
• Coach and support managers in developing their leadership and management capabilities;
• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with your group through targeted guidance and coaching; and
• Manage complex employee relations issues, focusing on performance management issues.

To be Successful

• Proven experience partnering with stakeholders through periods of change and transformation;
• Experience in the financial services industry will be highly regarded;
• You bring resilience and determination to see tasks through, even during times of uncertainty; and
• You’re passionate about driving and embedding a culture of change across the organisation.
