We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced HR team supporting operations across NSW. This is a hands-on, strategic role with real impact—driving workforce planning, supporting business leaders, and helping shape a culture of accountability, safety, and development.

About the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll:

• Partner with leaders across multiple Sydney based sites
• Present insights and drive decisions at periodic sector meetings
• Lead initiatives in workforce planning, succession, and employee engagement
• Manage end-to-end HR delivery with support from centres of excellence
• Influence decisions from shop floor to boardroom

• Resilient, confident and knowledgeable in areas of compliance
• Proactive and accountable—you raise issues early and follow through
• Experienced with white and blue-collar environments

• Experienced in HR within complex or fast-paced environments
• Experience in a similar role and comfortable working closely with stakeholders
