About the role:
Reporting to the ICT Support Services Manager, this position is suited to a level 1/2 technician who will be responsible for directly supporting customers with diverse range of ICT systems across a broad range of industries.
As a key member of our team, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, maintaining and supporting various ICT systems to ensure services are reliable, available, up-to-date, recoverable and performing to standard.
Knowledge & Experience:
Your broad experience across a variety of ICT systems and networks should include:
• Experience within an MSP will be highly regarded
• Thorough understanding and practical experience of managing Microsoft 365 tenancies, including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining client systems using Windows 10/11.
• Experience in using a CRM, preferably ConnectWise.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining network systems and infrastructure including wireless networks, firewalls and uplinks.
• Understanding cyber security, risks and controls within systems and user devices
• Experience maintaining Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience managing Domains and DNS records.
• Knowledge of and experience in general line of business application support
• Experience using Remote Management and Monitoring systems
• Experience monitoring and maintaining backup systems
Experience in the following will be looked upon favourably:
• Unified Communications, SIP and VOIP (Teams, 3CX, Maxo)
• Managing virtualised environments (preferably Hyper-V)
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining client systems using Mac, Apple or Android.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Entra/InTune.
• Experience maintaining, using and troubleshooting Microsoft Remote Desktop Services

General Requirements:
• MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia
• Current valid Australian driver's license
• Some travel may be required
• Unrestrictive Police Clearance
