Mercedes College is seeking a dedicated ICT Help Desk Officer to join our ICT Team.
The role you've been waiting for
As the first point of contact for all technology-related queries, you will be the face of ICT at the College, providing friendly, efficient, and professional support to staff and students. Reporting to the ICT Help Desk Team Leader, this role involves providing level-one technical support, assisting with troubleshooting, device setup, user access, and maintaining various ICT systems across the College.
Fix term | Monday 30th June 2025 – Friday 19th December 2025
Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
