An opportunity has opened for a Casual / Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our excellent team.

You will be joining a group of committed and motivated team-members who aim to deliver the highest-level of medical care to our loyal patients in the Western suburbs of Sydney.

Candidate Requirements:

• ESSENTIAL: Fluent written and verbal communication skills
• ESSENTIAL: Available weekdays and weekends
• Preferred: Prior medical reception experience (preferred but not necessary as all necessary training will be provided)
• Preferred: Experience with Best Practice / Other Medical Software (preferred but not necessary as all necessary training will be provided)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual with future opportunity of permanent full time

Schedule:

• Minimum 3–7-hour shifts Weekdays and / or weekends
• Afternoon shift
• Morning shift

Experience:

• Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred but not essential)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
