We are looking for a professional medical receptionist to join our existing team in Mittagong - 20 to 25 base hours a week with availability to work all weekdays and occasional Saturday mornings. Immediate start is available. You will need to have flexibility to cover personal and annual leave for your colleagues, and they will do the same for you. The successful applicant will be bright and outgoing with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The following is also expected:

Professional, friendly and gentle phone manner

Maintaining privacy & confidentiality at all times

Carrying out administrative duties as directed by the Practice Manager

Experience using medical software packages & the full suite of Microsoft Office
