Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks using Best Practice Software, while providing excellent customer service to patients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a medical practice and possess strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Answer phone calls and emails, and handle inquiries promptly

Verify patient information and details accurately

Maintain and ensure data integrity

Process billing and insurance claims

Good computer skills

Assist physicians and medical staff with administrative tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a medical reception or administrative role in a healthcare setting for at least one year

Proficiency in Best Practice Software and MS Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Certificate or diploma in Medical Administration or related field (preferred)
