Senior Corporate Broker - to $270K with share purchase option & additional benefits

A national brokerage seeks an extremely competent technical broker who has worked with Top Tier major Corporate Complex clients.

The role will be to take on & manage a high touch portfolio of clients, & create a small support team under you. You will report in to the Group Client Director.

It is seen that this role will succeed the Group Client Director within a few years, where you will then be responsible for a number of Corporate teams & be involved with group strategy of the business, working closely with the CEO & Board

You will be a seasoned Broker with 10-15 years in the industry. You will already be working with major corporate class risks & be extremely knowledgeable of all product lines & national/international placing markets.

Role 2:

Senior Account Manager - $150K-$170K with potential to gain 10% equity in the business

An independent broker with a very strong growth record over the last few years is thinking long term succession planning.

They seek a good technical broker equally comfortable sitting in front of existing clients & prospects.

You will take over an existing portfolio of clients ranging from (sme to those with $70K income levels). You will service & retain risks, while also working with the MD on converting incoming leads, & also working on your own referrals.

You will form part of a vibrant management team with the longer term view of potentially succeeding the MD & gaining a larger share of this broking group.

Essential is Tier 1 & the Insurance Diploma, with 5-10 years in an account management role, your goal is to be a business leader have equity in an already successful insurance broking business.

Role 3:

Broking Manager leading into Co Managing Director. $240K/$280K, car, benefits package & opportunity of equity stake.

Another known & respected Independent Broking Group, planning for succession of existing leadership with a new high level addition.

You must be a pro active broker with some people leadership skills. You will be used to working with smaller to mid & large tier clients from all business sectors, happy with portfolio management as well as chasing down leads & winning new business.

You will be co managing a team to start with the medium term view of taking over complete control of people & business operations in time to come.
