About the Role
You’ll be working closely with our First Nations Insurance Portfolio, managing client relationships and making sure they receive the support they need. This is a key role in our business, and you'll be a trusted partner to both our clients and our internal team.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Managing a portfolio of valued clients with care and attention

Understanding each client’s unique insurance needs and offering tailored solutions

Handling new business, renewals, and policy adjustments efficiently and accurately

Building genuine, long-lasting relationships that go beyond transactions

Actively contributing ideas to help us improve and grow

Travel - locally and interstate to visit clients will be required.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2–3 years’ experience has an Insurance Broker

A strong service mindset and excellent communication skills

Great attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude

Confident working with insurance policies and systems

A genuine team player who brings positivity and professionalism to the table

Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards

A passion for helping people and making insurance easier to understand
