Working from our Head Office in South Guildford the role includes but not limited to:

• The preparation/processing of transactions into General Ledger.

• Reviewing and/or performing General Ledger reconciliations if required.

• Conducting corporate and related entities invoicing/reconciliations.

• Reviewing Fixed Asset Register maintenance (Tax & Accounting).

• The preparation of monthly Business Activity Statements and PAYG Instalments.

• Managing GST/FBT and other statutory reporting including ABS and Energy Compliance Reporting.

• Ad hoc financial analysis as required.

• Preparation of monthly GST returns.

• The collation of FBT returns.

• Assist Finance Manager and CFO as required

• Compliance with all statutory, regulatory, governance and legislative requirements without exception.

• Oversee asset financing and hire purchase agreements

• Ensure payroll journals are posted correctly and in a timely manner

• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed monthly

• Depreciation and fixed asset acquisitions and disposals

• Oversee the annual insurance information provided to insurance brokers

• Management of all insurance claims

Essential Criteria:

· Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business-related discipline

· CA/CPA qualification

· 3 years + experience in a similar role

· Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office suite;

· Industry knowledge and;

· High level attention to detail.
