This is a permanent full-time position, based at our Jolimont office (with flexible working arrangements).

What you'll be doing:

As our key Trust Accountant, you’ll be helping our team of highly experienced Strata Managers to assist in the management of strata complexes across WA.

You'll provide accounting, administration and transaction support to the Strata Town business to help achieve accurate and timely financial outcomes. You'll be responsible for all financial portfolio related tasks and ensuring accounting and reporting requirements are completed accurately and within required timeframes. An outsourced partner is also available to assist where required to ensure our growth needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable - Includes weekly pay run to suppliers for our clients.

Accounts Receivable - Includes preparation of quarterly levy invoices for clients and resolution of levy related enquiries.

Responding to client enquiries and assisting Strata Managers as required.

Ensuring high levels of financial governance and reporting are maintained across the business.

The ideal candidate will also be:

Great at finding solutions - Resolve financial enquiries from customers within our 'Town Square' platform and assist Strata Managers as required.

Highly tech savvy - Retrieve general information from various platforms, including accounting software to address client requests.

Passionate about people – Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships both externally and internally.

What will put you above the others:

A positive, can-do attitude and at least 3 years experience as an Accountant.

Prior experience as a Trust Accountant within the Strata industry.

CPA qualification.
