Srikrithi Pty Ltd T/A New Era Real Estate is a real estate agency that prides itself on having a deep understanding of the current property market in Australia.

Given the needs of the business, we now require a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Bella Vista, NSW.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include:

Developing sales strategies

Liaising with sales team to establish sales targets / KPI’s

Implementing sales strategies in conjunction with senior management

Assessing sales budgets and reporting to senior management

Developing and implementing promotion of New Era Real Estate’s real estate knowledge and services

Liaising with marketing team and senior management in relation to ongoing marketing campaigns of New Era Real Estate

We offer a competitive remuneration of $90,000 per annum excluding superannuation.

The successful candidate will have the following:

§ AQF Degree or higher qualification and at least two (2) years post-qualification full-time work experience; OR

§ Five (5) years, full-time work experience.

The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail as well as an ability to work with minimal supervision.
