About the role:

A vacancy exists for a motivated and experienced full-time mortgage broker to join a top performance mortgage company and the ideal candidate will work closely with an MPA Top 35 Broker to establish a long term relationship with existing clients and explore any opportunities to grow with the business. You will be fully supported by our operation and marketing team. You’ll receive ongoing coaching , sales training and leads, plus access to plenty of learning and development options.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on application progress and proactively addressing additional documentation needs.

Communicate with professionals like conveyancers, real estate agents, accountants, valuers to facilitate smooth loan processing.

Verify documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance with policies and legislation, ensuring thorough understanding of loan products and policies.

Self-motivated with a high level of energy and professionalism

Building your own referral network – an established referral network is advantageous.

Ability to manage clients, close deals, and deliver results

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Cert IV in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Preferred but not essential).

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar sales role within the banking/finance industry

Strong customer service and client relationship management skills

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, but not essential.
