About the role

Jabsons Finance is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team in Chadstone, Victoria. You will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in securing the right mortgage solutions to meet their financial needs. This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping everyday Australians improve their financial literacy and build long-term wealth through smart lending.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive financial assessments to understand client's individual needs and goals

Researching and identifying the most suitable mortgage products and lender options for each client

Guiding clients through the application process, including document preparation and submission

Negotiating with lenders to secure the best possible loan terms and rates for clients

Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support throughout their home loan journey

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage industry, regulations, and market trends

Developing and nurturing a network of referral partners to generate new business opportunities

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker

Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, including loan products, lending criteria, and the application process

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to advocate for the best outcomes for clients

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
