We’re looking for an experienced and professional Mortgage Broker to join KMFS on a full-time basis. You’ll be based in our Mount Waverley office, supported by a dedicated CSM, and enjoy consistent lead flow and strong operational support. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end lending across residential, low-doc, and commercial loans

Build relationships with mature and high-net-worth clients

Meet clients both in-office and on the road

Work closely with your CSM and leverage tailored marketing support

Liaise with lenders, solicitors, accountants, and real estate agents

Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations

Provide clear, client-focused lending advice

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years' experience as a broker or in a loan writing/processing role

Strong ability to work independently and deliver results

Exposure to low-doc lending and second-tier lenders preferred

Familiarity with Apply Online and aggregator platforms

Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)

Strong communication skills and professional presentation

Comfortable working with a culturally diverse and mature-aged client base

Full-time availability to work on-site
