About the Role:
We are offering a full-time position (Sunday to Thursday) for a broker with 1–2+ years of experience in credit or mortgage broking. With your Fridays and Saturdays off, you’ll enjoy a great work-life balance while helping everyday Australians achieve their dream of homeownership.

What You’ll Do:

Handle a steady stream of 10–15 warm leads per week

Work alongside some of Australia’s largest and most reputable builders and land developers

Guide clients through the home loan process with a strong focus on customer service and results

Maintain compliance and follow through with accurate loan submissions

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking

Proven ability to write and manage home loan applications

1–2+ years of experience in mortgage broking or credit assessment

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

Driven, reliable, and able to work independently and within a team
