Adept Technology is looking for a Business Development/ Sales Executive who is passionate and dedicated, has a thirst for success, and most importantly takes initiative.

You will be responsible for creating and maximising revenue opportunities, creating direct sales independently as well as leveraging off existing customer contacts. You will have strong support in your position by the Adept team. You will have influence in how you go about creating quality connections and channel partners.

Role & Responsibilities

· Implement a sales plan

· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective business

· Leverage your network within defence and commercial organisations

· Driving sales to exceed revenue target expectations

· Develop and implement marketing campaigns

· Account Management: Business Relationships, Sales Opportunities & Market Awareness

· Building long-term relationships with customers and clients

· Maintain collaborative working environment with all team members

· Sales administration

Skills & Experience

· Strong sales track record in both commercial & other sectors

· Rich business networks and relationship development skills

· Demonstrated understanding of a professional services environment

· Track record of sales in meeting and exceeding KPIs
