Key Responsibilities:
Café Operations:
Supervise daily café operations including opening/closing procedures, staff shifts, and inventory.
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, food quality, and ambiance.
Oversee ordering and stock management for food, beverages, and café supplies.
Train, schedule, and supervise baristas, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel.
Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are met and documented.
Event Space Management:
Manage the event calendar and respond to event inquiries (weddings, pop-ups, community events, workshops, etc.).
Coordinate all aspects of event bookings including planning, setup, staffing, AV, and cleanup.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to event completion.
Collaborate with marketing/social media team to promote the space and drive bookings.
Work with vendors and partners (caterers, entertainers, decorators) as needed.
Leadership & Administration:
Manage venue budget and deliver regular financial reports (sales, costs, profit margins).
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service across both operations.
Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
