BangPop is looking for a Venue Manager to take charge of our bustling riverside restaurant. About the Role:

As Venue Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of BangPop, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering the fun, energetic and authentic Thai experience we’re known for. You’ll lead the team, oversee service standards, manage stock and rostering and work closely with management to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and a fun atmosphere.
Oversee daily operations, from rostering to stock control and venue efficiency.
Maintain high food and service standards, ensuring a top-tier guest experience.
Work with management to drive revenue, promotions, and customer engagement.
Foster a positive, high-energy team culture with training and development.
Ensure a buzzing, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Leadership and people management skills to create a strong, motivated team.
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Strong organisational skills to manage a high-volume venue.
Ability to work collaboratively with chefs, bar staff, and management.
