The Director of four successful Melbourne venues is seeking to appoint an exceptional venue manager for our most recent venue in the beautiful beachside suburb of Mordialloc.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll play a central role in leading the day-to-day operations of our Mordialloc venue. From inspiring your team to delivering exceptional customer experiences, you’ll bring energy, initiative, and a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Maintaining and elevating customer service standards while upholding company systems and procedures

Coordinating and managing all front-of-house operations

Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff, including performance reviews and fostering a strong team culture

Creating efficient rosters in line with the Restaurant Industry Award

Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, RSA, and workplace regulations

Controlling operational costs and promoting efficient practices

Implementing and supporting local area marketing initiatives

Demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed business KPIs

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Venue or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume venue

Exceptional people leadership and communication skills

A passion for hospitality and a strong customer service ethic

Proactive mindset with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Commitment to achieving outstanding results across all areas of the business

Availability to work across nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
