About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a creative and experienced Venue & Marketing Manager to lead the charge at one of our flagship venues in Greensborough. This isn’t your average management gig — we're looking for someone who lives and breathes hospitality, knows how to build hype both on the ground and online, and can take our venue to the next level through strategic marketing, standout events, and smart operational leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading day-to-day venue operations with a sharp focus on customer experience, team performance, and profitability

Creating and executing engaging marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, boost brand awareness, and grow our local following

Planning, promoting, and delivering exciting in-venue events that align with the brand and attract new customers

Managing the venue’s social media presence and working closely with creative teams to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and effective

Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the community to keep the venue at the heart of the local scene

Driving performance by analysing key business metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement

Recruiting, training, and leading a passionate team, fostering a positive and motivated work culture

Ensuring the venue meets all compliance, safety, and licensing standards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in venue management, hospitality marketing, or a related field

Proven track record of successfully marketing a venue and executing events that deliver results

Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and how to leverage them for hospitality marketing

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on day-to-day responsibilities

Financial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Energetic, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
