Randstad is currently recruiting for an Officer Manager to work within a busy Federal Government Agency. This will require a high level of administrative skills, high attention to detail, the ability to work in a time pressure environment and be agile in a changing environment.

  • $55 per hour + Superannuation
  • Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
  • Located in the Southern Suburbs

About the role

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Assist with management of the office
  • Contribute to risk and hazard management of the office
  • Liaise with relevant teams such as Property, Fleet, ICT, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
  • Manage office inventory
  • Actioning invoicing and payment reconciliation
  • Scheduling of diaries
  • Oversee Fire Warden, First Aid Officer, WHS Officer and Diversity Officer processes ensuring compliance

Skills and Experience

  • Office manager or EA experience highly desirable
  • Strong communicator who is able to deliver clear messages both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to make informed judgements and decisions
  • Strategic thinker who provide robust solutions to issues and risks
  • Prioritisation, organisation and time management
  • Ability to effectively manage complex and competing priorities
