Ideal for an experienced Strata Assistant seeking exposure to larger, complex schemes, or a manager who is looking to step back into more of a support role alongside a highly accomplished Senior Strata Manager and Leader.
The ideal Junior Strata Manager will possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Junior Strata manager or Assistant Strata Manager
- Class 2 license or in the process of attaining
- A desire to learn about BMC and complex schemes with a view to take on your own portfolio in due course
- A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients
- A willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge in the strata management industry
In this role as Junior Strata Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Strata Manager, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records
- All aspects of Strata Management with a clear path to having your own portfolio
- Assisting with the management of a portfolio of properties, including liaising with owners, committees, and other stakeholders
- Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Supporting the Senior Strata Manager in the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and reports as required
- Liaising with other internal support departments
