Full-time Educator: $27.32 - $33.65 (hourly)
Casual Educator: $33.53 - $41.30 (hourly)

Full-time Lead Educator: $33.05 - $37.59 (hourly) - Sponsorship available for this role!

🌟Essential Qualifications:

Educator: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Lead Educator: Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.

First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

🌟 Essential Skills and Attributes

In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.

Capability to guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, families, colleagues and management.

Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.

Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.
