We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Educators and Lead Educators to join our passionate team. If you have a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to delivering high-quality education and care, we want to hear from you!

Positions Available:

Educators: As an Educator at Songbirds Early Learning, you will play a key role in supporting our little learners' growth and development. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging learning experiences, nurturing positive relationships with children, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment. Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care are required or working towards.

Lead Educators: As a Lead Educator, you will have a more significant impact on shaping the curriculum and guiding the educational journey of our children. You will lead a team of educators, coordinate activities, and collaborate with families to ensure each child's needs are met. Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and previous leadership experience are required or working towards.

Early Childhood Teachers

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a love for learning and creativity in young children.
- Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with families and maintain open communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth.
- Relevant qualifications (Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care) or working towards.
- Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Leadership experience (for Lead Educator positions).
