Are you a passionate and experienced educator ready to lead and inspire? Busy Bees at Burpengary East is looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our nurturing and dynamic team!
As a Lead Educator, youโll guide your room with confidence, mentor your fellow educators, and deliver high-quality early learning experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Your leadership will help create a positive, inclusive environment for both children and educators.
Located just off the Bruce Highway on Uhlmann Road, our spacious 120-place service offers a modern, welcoming environment and has a strong reputation for exceeding expectations across all seven NQS quality areas.
๐ What Weโre Looking For:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven experience leading a room and mentoring a team
Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child development
Valid Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
Working Towards Diploma: Still studying your Diploma but have experience leading a room? Weโd still love to hear from you!
