We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Administration Support Officer to join our vibrant team and help us drive impactful initiatives that transform lives.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Handling general enquiries with a smile, providing prompt and accurate responses that leave stakeholders and tenants feeling valued and informed.
Complete delegated administrative tasks with precision, supporting the Service Improvement & Partnerships team and addressing the needs of staff and stakeholders.
Provide coordination for the Community Support Hub including facilities management, communications, internal promotional events and stakeholder engagement
Keep staff, stakeholders and tenants updated with clear and engaging information on ongoing projects, fostering transparency and trust.
Collaborate seamlessly with other staff to achieve collective goals.
Dive into the exciting world of event management, assisting in the planning and execution of both internal and external events that leave a lasting impression
About you:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in event management and community development is highly regarded
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to show initiative
