Type: Full Time Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (Depending on Experience)

Responsabilities:

Prepare and cook delicious Mediterrenean dishes following our recipes and guidelines.

Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and daily specials.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet our high standards.

Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.

Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a productive and efficient kitchen.

Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a chef in a Mediterrenean cuisine is highly preferred.

Strong culinary skills and creativity to develop new dishes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
