The highly anticipated Alba at Stories hospitality precinct is almost ready to light up Yagan Square… and we’re looking for talented chefs to join our opening crew!

ALBA is presented by award-winning Perth hospitality operator, Nokturnl; the team who brought you The Old Synagogue / Tonic + Ginger, The Beaufort / Lotus and South Perth’s exciting new venue, The Station / Ludo.

We are seeking a Full Time and a Casual chef to assist in running this 150 seat modern Italian restaurant lead by Head Chef Adam

You'll be working alongside an experienced and passionate team to deliver dishes from a wide range of cuisines across lunch and dinner

Key skill requirements...

Ability to lead a team

A love for hospitality

Passionate about food

Great hygiene practices

Being a team player who takes pride in their work

Punctual and reliable

Work quickly in a fast-paced kitchen

Keen eye for presentation and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

Experience in Italian cooking techniques is a preferred but not essential

Pasta skill is preferred but not necessary
