The Bank is a modern pub located in Carnegie, situated in the middle of the busy Koornang Road restaurant strip.
Opened in December 2021 with a newly built, state of the art kitchen. We have quickly established ourselves as a community favourite and a venue that draws people in from surrounding suburbs.
We are looking for a full-time chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience, as well as be familiar with a similiar style menu.
Skills running a particular section will be looked upon favourably. The venue is predominantly a night-time service venue, but the roster is flexible and can be tailored to specific needs.
We are looking for a candidate that has:
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Can work independently
- Knife skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of stock rotation and food safety
- Experience in function prep, pans, grill, larder and pass.
