About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced chefs to join our team. Deliver exceptional dining experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.
he Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Demonstrated experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue
Fresh pasta experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of food safety standards
Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills
Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays
