Frederic, Gitan Group latest venture in Cremorne seeks hardworking and energetic experienced Commis Chef and Demi Chef de Partie to join our young and dynamic kitchen team. Our passionate team of professionals is dedicated to using and serving only the highest quality produce maintaining a standard of excellence both in the kitchen and on the floor.

The roles:

The successful candidates will be someone with a love of food who is organised and shows exceptional attention to detail. Must display reliability, a desire to learn, strong teamwork skills and an ability to communicate effectively. The successful applicant will have:

· At least 2 years kitchen experience, working across multiple sections

· An ability to work and control your section in a fast paced environment

· An opportunity to grow in an expanding group of businesses

· Excellent time management skills

· Enthusiasm to expand their culinary knowledge

· Strong communication skills

· Be able to start without further delay
