To carry out administrative duties
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description
Answer general email enquiries
Enter invoices and payment details for tours
Follow up on outstanding invoices
Attending enquiries and requests from customers who walk in.
Assist with per departure information sessions if required
Collect tickets and payments from customers if required
Conduct pre departure briefing for rental vehicles if required.
Maintain amenities where required.
Qualifications Required
Driver’s License issued by Queensland Transport
Previous experience in tourism industry desirable
Person Specification
Pleasant manner and ability to relate well to people of all ages
Neat presentation
Outgoing personality
High level of customer service
Even temperament
