We're searching for a passionate and motivated Bar Manager to join our team at the iconic Gin Parlour, nestled inside the bustling and vibrant Miami Marketta. This role starts as a casual position, with the opportunity to move into a full-time contract after 3 months based on performance and team fit.

With live music, street food, and an ever-evolving arts scene right outside the door, this venue offers a unique blend of creativity and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on management of the bar during service

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring our bar team

Ensuring our drink offerings are always creative and trend-forward

Maintaining consistency and quality of every pour

Driving internal cocktail competitions and creative initiatives

Managing stock, costs, and supplier relationships

Forecasting, budgeting, and P&L oversight

Supporting a positive and progressive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

A deep love for cocktails, spirits, and customer connection

Strong knowledge of batching, mixology, and drink trends

Experience managing costs, stock, and team rosters

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A calm, solutions-driven mindset in high-pressure environments

Passion for training and developing your team

A good sense of fun and a love for live music and community vibes
