About the Role You’ll step into a well-maintained portfolio of 140–200 properties (depending on your experience), with full support and no leasing responsibilities. You'll manage relationships, solve problems, and keep everything running smoothly—with the tools and team you need to truly succeed.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage a clean, stable portfolio
• Delegate routines and ingoings to junior staff
• Communicate clearly with tenants and owners
• Resolve arrears promptly and professionally
• Negotiate lease renewals and maintain compliance
• Collaborate closely with leadership and support teams

What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ Solid Property Management experience
✔️ A current driver’s licence, your own vehicle, and a real estate certificate or licence
✔️ Clear communicator with a polished, professional presence
✔️ Motivated, team-focused, and ready to grow
